The Odds at the Back of heavy Rain

November 19, 2007 at the exactly 6;00 A.M when the water started to flow in bridges in the different places of Albay and one of the said bridges collapsed was the bridge at Kilikaw, Daraga Albay cause of 21 hours falling heavy rains and will cause of huge traffic. It was announced by the Radio broad caster, Pio Fernandez at DZGB Station at exactly 7:00 A.M…He announced that the classes at Bicol University in all levels and other schools were suspended. In Bicol University, Dr. Fay Lea Patria M. Lauraya the president, the first who announced that all levels in BU was suspended, even in Aquinas University, Divine Word College, St. Agnes and other schools here in Albay.
The tragedy at the back of heavy rains was the call of Nature so that we will realize and think well that we need to plant more trees to prevent erosions, floods and this heavy rain was now determined as a typhoon LANDO.
Now, the safety is not on the Nature but it is our hand and remember that we are near at the Pacific Ocean so we need more faith to God and rely our future to Nature. Help save mother earth!
